Available on April 18, 2018, Official Gazette issues Nos. 03-06/2018 introduce seven legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Circular No. 01/2018/TT-BXD of January 5, 2018, prescribing indicators for building green growth urban centers;
- Circular No. 24/2017/TT-NHNN December 29, 2017, guiding the order and procedures for revocation of licenses and liquidation of assets of credit institutions and foreign bank branches; the order and procedures for revocation of licenses of representative offices of foreign credit institutions and other foreign institutions engaged in banking activities;
- Decree No. 156/2017/ND-CP of December 27, 2017, on Vietnam’s Special Preferential Import Tariff to implement the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement during 2018-2022;
- Decision No. 78/QD-TTg of January 16, 2018, approving the national action plan to prevent, minimize and eliminate illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing up to 2025;
- Decree No. 10/2018/ND-CP of January 15, 2018, detailing a number of articles of the Law on Foreign Trade Management regarding trade remedies;
- December 27, 2017 Decree No. 159/2017/ND-CP on Vietnam’s Special Preferential Import Tariff to implement the ASEAN-India Agreement on Trade in Goods during 2018-2022; and,
- Decree No. 160/2017/ND-CP of December 27, 2017, on Vietnam’s Special Preferential Import Tariff to implement the ASEAN-Japan Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement during 2018-2023. (VLLF)
