Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc on October 18 asked relevant ministries, sectors and localities to comprehensively review the implementation of the 1992 Constitution on both ideological and practical basis to make appropriate amendments to it.
Phuc stressed the need to mobilize the whole political system including legal bodies and centrally run agencies so that more practical ideas could be put forward at the first meeting of the steering committee for the implementation of the 1992 Constitution.
Key tasks will include activities relating to the revision of the Constitution and activities relating to research, amendments and supplements to the Constitution from October this year to November 2013.
This is the second time the 1992 Constitution is to be revised.-
