On the applicability of omnibus lawmaking technique
Given the current situation when Vietnam has been urgently revising its laws and regulations to serve the country’s goal of accession to the WTO, the comprehensive revision of relevant regulations is imperative to ensure the consistency of these regulations and quicken the process of simultaneously considering and adopting them. The application of the omnibus lawmaking technique can help overcome the limitations of the making of law by law and accelerate the building of a comprehensive legal system in Vietnam.
