Reforming the legal system to meet the nation’s WTO commitments
The reform of Vietnam’s legal system for effective realization of its WTO commitments depends on various factors, including the schedules of Vietnam’s WTO commitments, its commitments to other countries and international organizations, its actual legislation, the legislative agenda of the National Assembly, National Assembly Standing Committee and Government as well as its lawmaking techniques.
