Renewal of economic and commercial laws for international economic integration
Renewal of Vietnam’s current economic and commercial laws under conditions of international economic integration has become an urgent issue. In his writing for “Dan Chu & Phap Luat” (Democracy and Law) Review, Dr. Hoang Phuoc Hiep, Director of the International Law Department in the Ministry of Justice underlined general and specific principles and perspectives on the settlement of this issue.
