Under the tax reform strategy through 2010 approved under Prime Minister’s Decision No. 201/2004/QD-TTg of December 6, 2004, the drafts of the revised laws on Value-Added Tax (VAT) and Corporate Income Tax (CIT) will be submitted to the National Assembly in 2008 and take effect in 2009.
