Service contracts offer new avenue for foreign workers
While WTO commitments do not require the labor market to be opened in the nation’s service markets, it’s likely that they will make it easier for greater numbers of foreign workers, both skilled and unskilled, to come and work in Vietnam through service contracts offered by foreign companies.
