Speeding up the building of transport infrastructure
Over the past years, in the implementation of the renewal policy, the Party and the State have prioritized investment in the development of transportation infrastructure to facilitate socio-economic development towards the goal of fundamentally changing Vietnam into an industrial nation by the year 2020.
