Ton Duc Thang - Chairman of the first National Assembly
Ton Duc Thang was the second and last President of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam when the country was temporarily divided, and the first President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. He was also the last Chairman of the first National Assembly.
