Vietnam has prioritized foreign direct investment (FDI) hi-tech projects of high added value and friendly to the environment, said Dang Huy Dong, Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment, adding that “Projects with low fuel consumption and usage of cheap labor will also be given priority.”
