Focusing on the skills required to provide legal aid to minors, the training equipped participants with essential competencies for working with this group. Topics included legal provisions on the rights and obligations of minors; communication and interpersonal skills; techniques for case file research and evidence collection; and skills in legal consultation, litigation, and support in cases involving minors.

The program also featured a wide range of real-life scenarios, enabling participants to practice handling situations and applying the law to better safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of minors eligible for legal aid.

Participants actively exchanged views and engaged in lively discussions on common challenges and obstacles in providing legal aid to minors at the local level. Numerous questions and case-based issues were raised and thoroughly addressed, helping to enhance participants’ ability to apply legal provisions effectively in their daily work.

The workshop not only strengthened the professional skills of legal aid providers but also fostered a stronger sense of responsibility and dedication in protecting the lawful rights and interests of minors. It contributed to building a fairer legal environment that ensures justice and protection for this vulnerable group.
