The Governments of Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia have issued a joint communiqué reaffirming their strong commitment to addressing drug-related problems. They agreed to make greater efforts to control the spread of drugs, especially Amphetamine-type stimulants (ATS), through cooperation within existing bilateral, sub-regional, regional and international drug control initiatives.
