Vietnam ratifies conventions against organized crimes and human trafficking
Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has ratified two international documents including the convention against transnational organized crime (TOC) and a protocol to prevent, suppress and punish human trafficking, especially women and children.

Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has ratified two international documents including the convention against transnational organized crime (TOC) and a protocol to prevent, suppress and punish human trafficking, especially women and children.

The ratification was also aimed at the implementation of a national action plan on fighting and prevention of money laundering and terrorism financing from February this year to the end of 2012.

Based on the Prime Minister’s ratification, Vietnam will also enhance and fulfill its cooperation policy with other countries to better combat transnational organized crime.-
