Vietnam and the United States (US) on January 16 began their 10th round of negotiations on the country’s accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO) in Hanoi, focusing on such issues as financial services, telecommunications, industry and service taxation, non-tariff barriers and agricultural tax, business rights and state enterprises.
