Vietnam, US need to build greater trust, improve ties
Vietnam and the United States need to strive more in trust-building process and elevation of bilateral cooperative ties, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung told US Defense Secretary Leon Edward Panetta on June 4 in Hanoi.
