Website launched to receive citizens’ feedback

The Government Office has officially put into operation a website to receive and respond to citizens’ feedback at, Minister-Chairman of the Government Office Mai Tien Dung said at a press conference on April 3 in Hanoi.

He said this website is designed to realize the Government’s and Prime Minister’s resolve on building a constructive, developed, incorruptible, and resolute-action government to serve the people.

People can log into the website via their internet-connected computers or mobile phones to send their inquiries on mechanisms, policies and administrative procedures and receive answers from competent authorities and persons.

Through the website, state administrative agencies at all levels will receive and respond to citizens’ queries in the fields under their management. They will also receive administrative reform proposals and initiatives with a view to building a unified, effective and creative state administrative system.

Especially, people and enterprises can rate answers of competent authorities, Dung said.

The Government Office will be responsible for guiding, monitoring and urging ministries, sectors and localities in receiving and responding to people’s petitions, the Minister noted.- (VLLF)
