At a two-day (April 14-15) seminar held in Ho Chi Minh city by the Defense Ministry, the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Ideology and Culture, and the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, Vietnamese military officers and historians discussed the causes of the American War and the major causes of the Vietnamese victory 30 years ago.
