Applicants for architect certificates, construction engineer certificates, construction supervisor certificates and construction work valuation engineer certificates will have to pay a fee of VND 200,000 for each certificate.
Under Finance Ministry Circular No. 167/2009/TT-BTC of August 19, this fee rate will uniformly apply from October 1 to all construction practitioners and fee collectors may retain 50% of collected fee amounts to cover collection expenses before remitting them into the state budget.-
