Council to approve amnesty for prisoners
The Central Amnesty Advisory Council met on August 16 to finalize a list of prisoners who will be granted amnesty on the occasion of the National Day, September 2, under the State President’s Decision No. 797/2006/QD-CTN dated July 7, 2006.
