US Senate debates PNTR status for Vietnam
The US Senate Committee on Finance on July 12 held a hearing to examine a bill granting Vietnam Permanent Normal Trade Relations (PNTR) status, which will help pave the way for the country to join the World Trade Organization (WTO).
