In official telegram 26/CD-TTg issued on March 31, 2025, the PM said that the concerned ministries, sectors and localities must intensify their efforts to resolve these stalled investment projects in a bid to boost socio-economic development and prevent waste of state, business, and public resources.

To facilitate this, the PM set up a steering committee for reviewing and resolving related obstacles, which is chaired by Standing Deputy PM Nguyen Hoa Binh. At a meeting of the committee on March 30, the Ministry of Finance was assigned to develop a centralized database and guide ministries, central agencies, and localities on data entry and reporting procedures for problematic projects.

According to the telegram, all previously reported projects must be entered into the system by March 25, with additional cases submitted by April 10. After this deadline, the database will no longer accept new entries.- (VLLF)
