Improving legislative work for building a socialist state ruled by law
In this article, the author deals with three issues: (i) the new perception of the role of law and the National Assembly, which serves as a precondition for the development of legislative activities; (ii) the reflection of social changes through legislative activities; and (iii) questions that legislative activities need to solve to ensure the successful building of a state ruled by law as required by the development of the country in the near future.
