International treaties: Direct application and incorporation into domestic law
At the upcoming session in May 2005, the Vietnamese National Assembly will consider and adopt the Law on Conclusion, Accession to and Implementation of Treaties. In this article, the author suggests that treaties to which Vietnam has acceded should be either directly applied or incorporated into domestic law for implementation in the country.
