During its 23rd session in Hanoi on September 9-18, the National Assembly (NA) Standing Committee debated eight draft laws concerning royalties, housing and land tax, people with disabilities, economical and efficient utilization of energy, the State Bank of Vietnam, child adoption, credit institutions, and criminal judgment enforcement.
