Ministers, heads of agencies and provincial-level People’s Committee chairmen must maintain the highest sense of responsibility in materializing the country’s socio-economic goals set for the year, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung said while concluding the cabinet’s July regular meeting on August 5.
