President Nguyen Minh Triet on July 7 acknowledged Denmark as an important long-term partner that had helped Vietnam achieve major national targets.
Many Denmark-funded programs on farming and industrial development and poverty reduction have seen positive results, the President told visiting Danish Director of Public Prosecutions, Jorsen Steen Sorensen.
The President praised the Danish public prosecutors’ help in training Vietnamese prosecutors and said Vietnam was determined to implement judicial reform to build strong and transparent judicial agencies.
