New Corporate Income Tax Law revamps tax incentives
On June 3, 2008, the National Assembly passed Law No. 14/2008/QH12 on Corporate Income Tax (the 2008 Law) in replacement of the 2003 Law on Corporate Income Tax (the 2003 Law).
