Available on September 07, 2018, Official Gazette issues Nos. 66-68/2018 introduce three legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Decree No. 86/2018/ND-CP of June 6, 2018, on foreign cooperation and investment in education;
- Circular No. 02/2018/TT-BKHCN of May 15, 2018, prescribing the regime of reporting on performance of contracts on transfer of technologies on the list of technologies restricted from transfer; forms of documents used in grant of technology transfer licenses and registration of extension, modification or supplementation of technology transfer content; and,
- Circular No. 38/2018/TT-BTC of April 20, 2018, prescribing the identification of the origin of exports or imports.- (VLLF)
