Provinces and centrally run cities are requested by the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs (MoLISA) to concentrate efforts on foreigners working in enterprises and organizations located in their localities, and send reports on these workers by the 25th of the last month of every quarter.
As required by the MoLISA in Official Letter No. 3353/LDTBXH-VL of September 9, a report must clearly state the number of enterprises and organizations employing foreigners, the number of foreign employees in the locality (together with their qualifications and current jobs) including those qualified for working in Vietnam, those with work permits and unskilled laborers; measures to be taken by the local administration to manage foreign employees, and proposals on this matter.
