Ordinance governs state agencies entering into international agreements
The Ordinance on Conclusion and Implementation of International Agreements was adopted by the National Assembly Standing Committee on April 20, 2007, providing for a variety of State entities eligible to conclude international agreements and enhancing both their autonomy and accountability in the conclusion and implementation of agreements. The ordinance takes effect on July 1, 2007.
