Phan Van Truong - The first doctor of law of Vietnam
Phan Van Truong was born on September 25, 1876, in Dong Ngac village on the outskirts, Hanoi. This village was famous for villagers’ fondness of learning and for having the largest number of Confucianist doctors, 25, during the feudal time.
