President Trump expressed his joy at returning to Vietnam and meeting PM Phuc again, adding that he had noticed many changes in Vietnam since arriving on February 26.
He said he hoped his second meeting with the DPRK leader in Hanoi would be a success, and praised Vietnam’s preparations for the event.

They agreed to continue considering economic and investment partnerships as a driving force for the Vietnam-US relationship, while fostering collaboration in education-training and people-to-people exchanges. (VNS/VLLF)
