Prevention - An important and efficient anti-corruption measure
The Law Against Corruption (Corruption Law), passed on November 29, 2005, by the XIth National Assembly at its 8th session, took effect on June 1, 2006, and dwells largely on the prevention, detection and handling of corruption cases, with prevention the most important measure to restrict and prevent acts of corruption and ensure the efficiency of the fight against corruption.
