Vietnam consistently upholds its open foreign policy and has strong political relations with other countries as well as economic, trade and investment ties with main economic hubs of the world, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung said at a meeting with more than 50 chief executive officers (CEOs) on the sidelines of the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, Switzerland (held from January 24-28).
