Since the Tourism Development Strategy for 2001-10 was approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 97/2002/QD-TTg of July 22, 2002, tourism has developed strongly with infrastructure, and physical and technical facilities markedly improved, both quantitatively and qualitatively.
