RESOLUTION No. 14/2005/NQ-CP: On renewal of tertiary education
At its July 2005 regular meeting on November 2, the Government resolved on a scheme on the substantial and comprehensive renewal of Vietnam’s tertiary education in the 2006-2020 period, having reviewed achievements and inadequacies of the national tertiary education in the past 20 years of renewal and set forth orientations and planning for the development of tertiary education in the next 15 years.
