The Ministry of Finance has made several changes to securities trading regulations. These changes, introduced in Circular No. 74/2011/TT-BTC (the Circular) of June 1, 2011, include permission for opening multiple trading accounts at different securities companies, reverse trading of a stock within a single trading session and margin trading.
