After the appointment of the advisors, the working team will concurrently conduct a due diligence investigation on the business of the company and, as the case may be, that of its subsidiaries, prepare the financial statements, draft the prospectus and prepare the listing application to be submitted to the Singapore Exchange (the Application Review Stage).
