Merger and acquisition of enterprises constitute an important form of foreign direct investment (FDI), said Mrs. Nguyen Thi Bich Van, deputy director of the Foreign Investment Agency, at a seminar on mergers and acquisitions held on July 10 in Ho Chi Minh City.
