Tax administration law to raise legal effect and effectiveness of tax administration
Under the tax system reform program to 2010, approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 201/2004/QD-TTg of December 6, 2004, and specified in the National Assembly’s 2006 law- and ordinance-making program, the Tax Administration Bill will be submitted to the National Assembly for passage at its 2006 year-end session.
