Foreign exchange ordinance narrows gap between national and international laws
The Ordinance on Foreign Exchange was passed by the National Assembly Standing Committee on December 13, 2005, and will take effect on June 1, 2006. It is expected to establish a uniform legal framework for foreign exchange management and create favorable conditions for and protect legitimate interests of organizations and individuals involved in foreign exchange activities, and realize Vietnam’s commitments in international economic integration.
