Seven cooperation documents were signed during Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung’s visit to Kazakhstan starting on September 14.
They included four inter-governmental agreements on investment promotion and protection; a cooperative agreement on education and training; an agreement for Vietnamese and Kazakh citizens working in the two countries; and a strategic cooperative agreement between PetroVietnam and KazmunaiGaz.
The two sides also signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation between the Vietnamese Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and the Kazakh Ministry of Natural Resources and Minerals.
During the visit, the two prime ministers agreed to accomplish legal mechanisms for boosting mutual understanding and multifaceted cooperation, particularly in economic, trade, investment, education and labor ties.-
