Vietnam ratifies ASEAN Charter

Vietnam had become the fifth country, after Singapore, Brunei, Laos and Malaysia, to ratify the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Charter, said Foreign Ministry’s ASEAN Department Director Nguyen Hong Cuong on March 19.
