The most significant milestones in Asian Development Bank (ADB)’s local operations in recent years were the country’s adoption of the new socio-economic development during 2006-10 and the bank’s new assistance strategy and program for this period, ADB Chairman Haruhiko Kuroda said before his visit to Vietnam taking place on February 19-21.
