Vietnamese law on consumer protection: Some points for traders
Vietnam has taken yet another large step to broaden consumers’ rights. The Law on Consumer Protection (LoCP), which took effect on July 1, 2011, and replaced the Ordinance on Consumer Protection (Ordinance), provides consumers with greater protection than before.
