State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) Governor Le Duc Thuy and World Bank (WB) Country Director for Vietnam Klaus Rohland signed on September 5 an agreement for a credit of USD 100 million for the Vietnam Poverty Reduction Support Credit 5 (PRSC 5) program, which would help the country alleviate poverty and promote economic development.
