Twenty-two contracts totaling over USD 1.57 billion were signed by businesses from Vietnam and China’s Guangdong province at a seminar held in Hanoi on September 9.
Under these contracts, enterprises from both sides will cooperate in such domains as real estates, steel, clothing, electronics, electric wires and cables, equipment, seafood, construction and cement.
Guangdong province pledged to support its enterprises in strengthening investment and cooperation with Vietnam in such sectors as processing industry, transport, energy, natural resources, agriculture, tourism and trade as well as science, technology and education, said Mr. Wang Yang, Secretary of Guangdong Provincial Party Committee.-
