A charity fund of Vietnamese Internet users community has recently been licensed to be set up and had its charter approved by the Home Affairs Minister under Decision No. 502/QD-BNV of May 12.
The fund, operating not for profits and on a free-consent and self-financing basis, will provide humanitarian and charity aid and educational supports. It is also expected to serve as an important portal for humanitarian and social relief establishments and charity activists to reach and provide supports to the fund’s beneficiaries.
