Decree holds state agencies liable for compensation
Compensation-liable agencies, refund liability of violators and agencies in charge of compensation in administrative management, legal proceedings and judgment enforcement are detailed in Government Decree No. 16/2010/ND-CP of March 3, which will take effect on April 20.
