Decrees on corporate income tax and value-added tax
To facilitate the enforcement of the Corporate Income Tax (CIT) Law and the Value-Added Tax (VAT) Law, which both come into force on January 1, 2009, the Government this month issued two decrees detailing a number of articles of these Laws.
